Ingredients sriracha lime baked tilapia


2 tilapia filets
4 tbsp Sriracha
1 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t white pepper
2 limes; zested
1/4 cup cilantro; chiffonade
1 salt

how to make sriracha lime baked tilapia


Season tilapia. Cover with sriracha. Squeeze the juice from one lime over the filets.


Bake at 400° for approximately 5-8 minutes or until fish reaches 145°


Garnish with lime zest and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
