Ingredients oatmeal water healthy benefits


2 cup Oatmeal
2 cup room temp water
1 add sugar to taste
1 dash honey
1 dash ground cinnamon

how to make oatmeal water healthy benefits


In a blender add 2 cups of oatmeal and 2 cups of water and blend well


Once done add to a pitcher


Fill up pitcher with more water


To sweeten it add honey, call cinnamon, and sugar to taste.


Place in fridge and let it cool up or serve on a glass with ice...Enjoy!!!
