Ingredients mushroom sauce
1 Sliced Onion
1 3/4 cup Chicken stock or broth
1 tbsp Full grain mustard
2 tbsp Whisky
250 grams Sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp Butter
1 Salt and pepper to taste
how to make mushroom sauce
Melt butter and cook mushroom and onions until soft.
Add chicken broth, mustard and whisky
Season with salt and pepper
Simmer for 2 minutes
