Ingredients lemon brownies topped with lemon icing glaze
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
50 grams butter
2 large egg
2 tbsp each of lemon zest and lemon juice
glaze
4 tbsp lemon juice and lemon zest
3/4 cup icing sugar

Mix all ingredients then pour into a 7X 7 baking tray and bake at 175 C for 18 to 20 minute
Let it cool on the rack then top first glazing and let it rest for half an hour then top another layer of glazing
Decorated it with additional lemon zest and lemon slice and serve
