395 can condensed milk
530 ml thickened cream
2 tbsp vanilla extract

Whisk cream with an eclectic mixer until soft peaks form .
Combine the vanilla extract and tin of condensed milk until smooth .
In two batches , gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mix , until combined .
Pour ice Cream mixture into a loaf tin , cover and freeze for at least 4 hours , best overnight .
