Ingredients homemade burgers
500 grams fresh Minced Beef
1 1/2 tbsp Tomato Puree
3 clove of Garlic crushed
1 Onion very finely diced
15 grams Spinach chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp dried Basil
4 rounds of shop brought bread blended into crumbs
1 Salt and Pepper to season
1 Egg beaten (have another ready just in case)
how to make homemade burgers
Place the meat, puree, garlic, onion, bread crumbs, spinach, basil all together in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Gradually add the egg until the mixture becomes a firm combined mixture.
Shape into burgers, place them on and cover with greaseproof paper, storing in the fridge to rest for a couple of hours, overnight better.
Cook when ready, or if meat was fresh you could freeze them.
