Ingredients herb roasted potatoes with honey mustard
5 lb red potatoes; cut in small bite size pieces
3/4 oz rosemary; minced
1 tbsp thyme;minced
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 cup honey mustard
1 salt and pepper
1 olive oil; as needed

Toss potatoes with oil. Season. Roast at 400° for approximately 40 minutes or until potatoes are caramelized and fork tender.
Toss with honey mustard in a large mixing bowl.
