Ingredients white chocolate raspberry muffins 2
2 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 pinch salt
1 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup vegetablecanola or olive oil
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup fresh raspberries (heaping)

Preheat oven to 350°F
In a large bowl wisk together all dry ingredients.
In another bowlo wisk together all wet ingredients.
Pour wet into dry and stir until just combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips and raspberries.
Prepare 16 regular sized muffin cups with baking spray or paper liners.
Fill the 16 muffin cups evenly.
Bake about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Let stand a few minutes.
Then transfer to a wire rack for cooling.
Serve and enjoy!
