Ingredients whisky glaze salmon
4 salmon head or salmon filllet optional
WHISKY GLAZE SAUCE
1 tbsp sea salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
3/4 cup whisky
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 clove mince garlic
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp apple cider vineger
1/2 tsp ground mustard powder
how to make whisky glaze salmon
put all ingredient in a pan and bring to a boil then simmer till sauce started thicken about 3 minute then let it cool
the glaze can be keep up to a week at this point
apply a layer of glazed on the salmon and broil for 20 minute on both side
