Ingredients thai spring rolls dipping sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup rice vinegar or lime juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup fish sauce
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp dried crushed chillies
3 tbsp roasted crushed or chopped peanuts
how to make thai spring rolls dipping sauce
In sauce pan heat water & vinegar, add sugar, then heat til sugar is dissolved.
Add garlic, chillies & fish sauce.
Once cooled add pea nuts.
This can be stored 1 month in refrig.
