Ingredients protein pancakes
1 medium Egg
1 pinch Baking Powder
1 Milk (Semi or Whole)
1 Scoop of Protein Powder (any flavour)
2 tsp Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
how to make protein pancakes
Heat oil in frying pan over a low to medium heat
Mix all other ingredients with a hand mixer
Add milk gradually to desired consistency
Pour mix into frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes each side
Top with whatever u fancy, honey, fruit, chocolate sauce if u r feeling naughty!
I have protein powder every morning as part of a low carb diet. Having these pancakes makes a nice change. Enjoy! :-)
