Ingredients potatoes n eggs

2 large potatoes
1 olive oil
4 eggs
1 salt
1 pepper
1 onion powder
1 garlic powder

Start by peeling potatoes

chop into squares

heat olive oil at medium heat,

season the potatoes with the salt,pepper,garlic,onion

fry until soft and golden brownn

beat eggs,pour them ontop of potatoes

scramble

serve immediately,Enjoy:) is really good on a roll with some ketchup if you like that type of thing.
