Ingredients pork and tomato stew

30 slice thinly sliced pork
10 medium cherry tomato
1 large dice onion
5 clove dice garlic
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp red wine vineger
1 tbsp oil
seasoning
4 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp light soy sauce

how to make pork and tomato stew

in pan with oil quick brown pork slice

add onion and garlic with tomato

add seasoning and mix well then simmer for 10 minutes then crush tomato and simmer for another 8 minutes

add vineger and simmer another 2 minutes
