Ingredients picante omelet pie
1/2 cup picante sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tomato slices and chopped fresh cilantro or parsley optional
how to make picante omelet pie
Pour the picante sauce into a lightly grease 10 inch pie plate or quiche dish. Sprinkle with cheese set aside.
In a blender or food processor processor eggs and sour cream until smooth pour over cheese
bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean
let it stand for 5 minutes before cutting garnish with tomato and Sandra with desired.
