Ingredients persimmon cookies

1 cup persimmon pulp
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp 1/8 nutmeg
1 tsp 1/8 clove
2 cup flour

how to make persimmon cookies

pre heat oven 350

sift dry ingredients together

mix butter and sugar till smooth

add egg,mix till smooth

alt dry ingredients and pulp into batter

stir in nuts and raisins

drop by spoonful on baking sheet,bake 13-15 min till golden
