Ingredients peri peri sauce
8 clove garlic (finely chopped)
125 ml vegetable oil
125 ml grape vinegar (red or white)
125 ml lemon juice
125 ml water
3 tsp paprika powder
3 tsp chilli powder
3 tsp salt
20 small hot chillies (finely chopped)
how to make peri peri sauce
Mix all the ingrediends together and blitz in a blender.
The sauce can be used immediately but will improve with age and last in your fridge for months. You can use the sauce as a marinade, basting sauce or normal dipping sauce, salad dressing and on braaied food.
