1 lb hamburger
1 carrot
1/4 cup diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
4 large potatoes
2 cup milk
1 dash salt and pepper to taste

brown hamburger, drain grease

peel and thinly slice potatoes and carrot

add all ingredients to crockpot

stir well

cook on high 4 hrs or low for 6hrs
