2 lb Ground Beef
1/2 lb Italian Sausage (casing removed)
3/4 cup Finely chopped green pepper
3/4 cup Finely chopped yellow onion
1/4 cup Finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
3 cup Italian bread crumbs
3 Eggs
1/4 cup Fresh chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 425°F

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.

Let sit 15 minutes, form 2 to 3 ounce balls.

Place on sheet tray and bake 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
