Ingredients kettle corn
1/2 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
2 tbsp canola vegetable or coconut oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
how to make kettle corn
Begin to make stovetop popcorn. When popping has almost subsided,remove pot from heat. Add suger and salt,then return to low heat 20 seconds, shaking 3 or 4 times. The suger should be just starting to melt and caramelize. Transfer popcorn to a large bowl and serve. Makes about 10 cups 4 servings . Total time 10 minutes
