1 cup Hellmann's Mayo
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
4 Boneless Chicken Breast
4 tsp Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Combine Mayo with cheese
Arrange chicken in 13x9 baking dish
Top chicken with Mayo/Cheese mixture
