Ingredients healthy greek yogurt parfait
1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 Handful of Granola
1 Handful Flavoured Oats
1/2 Banana
1 Strawberries Blueberries Kiwis (Any fruit you like works here!)
1 tsp Crushed Almonds (for sprinkling ontop)
1 tsp Honey (Optional for drizzle)

In a medium sized clear glass add a first layer of yogurt
Next add an even layer of oats or granola
On top pile some fruit (blueberries/strawberries)
And keep piling the various ingredients as you wish. Can really do this your own way!
At the top layer make sure it's a layer of yogurt and pile on remaining fruits nicely
Sprinkle with crushed almonds/drizzle with honey and enjoy! Delicious and healthy snack or dessert!
