Ingredients grilled romaine
1 Romaine
2 tsp Olive oil
1 Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 Black pepper
1 Garlic salt
how to make grilled romaine
Pull off the limp outer layers of the romaine, then cut in half.
On the outer side, drizzle olive oil, salt pepper, garlic powder.
Flip over and season flat side.
Grill until it has char marks and almost wilting (about 1min each side), top with cheese and serve.
