Ingredients green bean salad
1 1/2 lb Fresh green beans
1/2 White onion sliced thin
1 Yellow bell pepper sliced thin
1 can Petite diced tomatoes
1 can Large butter beans drained and rinsed
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 as needed Salt & pepper
how to make green bean salad
Boil the green beans in generously salted water until tender. Approximately 10-15 minutes. Drain.
Mix all remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Add green beans. Mix well. Add more Italian dressing if needed to coat thoroughly.
Cover and chill for an hour or more. Flavors will blend better the longer it sits.
