Ingredients goulash
1 lb ground beef
1 Or -
12 oz vegetarian crumbles
1 onion diced
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can 46 ounces - vegetable juice
2 cup water
1 1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
how to make goulash
In large pot, brown hamburger or vegetarian crumbles and onion. Drain, if necessary.
Add remaining and bring to a boil. Simmer until moisture is mostly absorbed, about 30-40 minutes.
