Ingredients gluten free banana blueberry muffins


2 cup Gluten Free Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Softened Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Organic Milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg grated
2 cup Blueberries
1 large Banana

how to make gluten free banana blueberry muffins


Mix dry ingredients together


Mix wet ingredients together


Leave the Blueberries until the very end


With a mixer add the wet and dry together and then the banana


Once the mixture is smooth fold in the BlueBerries


Put into 18 individual muffin tins or cups


Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes


Let cool then serve
