Ingredients gilbertini pasta
2 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
2 cup milk
3/4 tsp salt
1 dash black pepper
6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb bulk pork sausage crumble browned and drained
10 oz pasta shapes cooked and drained
1 parmesan cheese - to taste

Preheat oven to 375°
On the stove, Saute garlic in butter for one minute.
Add flour to make a smooth paste.
Pour in milk, cook and stir until thickened.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Add the sausage and the pasta and mix well.
Pour into a greased casserole and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
