Ingredients frozen fudge bar cooler pops
1 13 ounce can " lite " coconut milk
12 oz semisweet chocolate chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Place chocolate in food processor and pulse until course ground.
Heat coconut milk in a saucepan or microwave just to a simmer, don't boil just get hot.
Add to chocolate in food processor, add vanilla whirl until very well mixed.
Pour into your popsicle containers and freeze until frozen, overnight is best.
Note, The can of coconut milk I have used is actually labeled 13.66 ounce, just use the entire can.
