Ingredients eggplant pizza
1 cup Organic pasta sauce or pizza sauce
1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese or cheese of your choice
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 Eggplant
how to make eggplant pizza
Cut your eggplant (circle form)
Drizzle olive oil or bush over eggplant
Bake on 370 for 7 min each side
Add pasta pasta over eggplant
Add mozzarella over eggplant
Put back in oven till the cheese is melted
