Ingredients easy spicy chicken kebabs
500 grams Chicken breasts. (4)
2 tsp Robertsons chicken spice.
1 tsp Salt.
100 ml Nando's garlic peri-peri sauce or try my peri-peri sauce
6 Bamboo skewers(soaked in water for 5 minutes)
how to make easy spicy chicken kebabs
Cut chicken into 15mm thick strips.
Mix together all the ingrediends. (excluding kebab sticks)
Let it marinade in fridge for 2 hours or over night if possible.
Braai on medium coals for 12-15 minutes, turn every 3-4 minutes.
Skewer chicken strips in a zig-zag motion.
