Ingredients easy naan bread
1 1/2 cup warm water
1 tbsp sugar
2 packages active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
3 cup flour + extra for workspace

Combine warm water, sugar and yeast in bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add salt and flour. Mix thoroughly. Knead dough on floured workspace 20 times and form into a tight ball. Put dough in well oiled bowl and cover with damp towel.
Put in a warm place to rise for 30-45 minutes. Dough wont rise much, but it doesnt need to.
Turn dough out onto floured workspace. Divide dough into 8 pieces and roll out with a rolling pin to about 1/8 inch thick.
Spray frying pan with nonstick cooking spray and grill naan pieces for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
