Ingredients curry pasta salad
500 grams pasta
1/2 onion chopped as small as possible
1/2 green pepper chopped
250 ml Heinz tomato ketchup
100 ml cooking oil not olive oil
125 ml white spirit vinegar
200 ml white sugar
10 ml curry powder medium hot
1 salt and pepper to taste
how to make curry pasta salad
Boil pasta and cool in cold water, then strain
Mix together the remainder of the ingrediends
Mix with pasta
Leave in fridge over night. You have to leave it over night to get the flavour right.
