Ingredients crayfish or lobster on the braai bbq
3 large crayfish or lobster
150 grams butter
3 clove garlic minced
5 tsp quality fish spice (I use robertsons)
30 ml fresh lemon juice
1 salt and pepper to taste
how to make crayfish or lobster on the braai bbq
Light the braai (BBQ)
Cut crayfish or lobster in half, clean and devain
Melt butter and mix with garlic
Lightly base crayfish or lobster with the butter mix and season with fish spice, only on meat side
Place crayfish or lobster on the braai, meat side down for about 4 minutes, depending on the warmth of the coals
Turn the crayfish or lobster. Base with the remainder of the butter and season with salt and pepper
Grill for about 5 minutes until cooked
Add a few drop of lemon juice on the crayfish or lobster and serve
