Ingredients corn pudding
1/2 cup butter soften
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 packages corn bread or muffin mix 8 1/2 ounces
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 can corn
1 can cream style corn
how to make corn pudding
cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. beat in sour cream. gradually add muffin mix alternately with milk. fold in corn.
pour in greased 3 qrt. baking dish. bake uncovered at 325 for 45 to 50 min until set and lightly browned. serves 8
