Ingredients chicken schnitzel


5 chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
2 large eggs
2 tbsp milk

how to make chicken schnitzel


Using the flat side of a meat mallet, pound chicken breasts flat to approximately 1/4 inch thick.


Beat eggs and milk in a bowl.


Combine breadcrumbs and all spices. And place in shallow tray for dredging.


Place flattened breast in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs coating thoroughly.


Cover bottom of a frying pan with oil and fry chicken over medium high heat. For 4 minutes per side until golden brown.


You can eat them this way or put them in a bun with your favorite condiments.
