Ingredients blackberry crumble
4 cup Fresh blackberries
1/2 cup Sugar
3 tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 cup Old-fashioned oates
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Butter cut into small pieces
1/4 cup Firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 Ice cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9 x 6 oval baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine blackberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Pour into prepared dish.
In a work bowl of a food processor, place oats, flour, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; process until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle oat mixture over blackberries.
Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
