Ingredients baked talapia and veggies
4 medium talipia fillet
2 small yellow squash
1 bunch brocolli
1/3 packages baby bella mushrooms
3 tbsp parsley flakes
1/2 lemon
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp sea salt
1 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
how to make baked talapia and veggies
preheat oven to 375.
season 4 talipia fillet with olive oil,sea salt,ground black pepper, parsley flakes, light lemon, light cyanne.
cut veggies to desired size about half dollar size
toss veggies with same seasoning
combine one fillet with a handful of veggies and wrap each in a foil dome
put in oven for 15-20 min. depending on fillet size
for the last 5 min open foil and put oven on low broil if you desire a crunch
serve with a side of white or brown rice.
