Ingredients baileys and white chocolate fudge
100 ml milk
50 ml Bailey's
397 grams condensed milk
200 grams demerara sugar
250 grams brown sugar
115 grams margarine
1 oz white chocolate
how to make baileys and white chocolate fudge
In a large saucepan melt all the ingredients together on a low heat until all the sugar has dissolved
Once dissolved bring to the boil, stirring continuously
Simmer for 15 mins stiring throughout
Take off the heat and pour mixture into a large bowl and mix with an electric whisk for 10 minutes until its beginning to set
Pour into a 20cm dish lined with baking paper and leave in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours
When set remove from dish and slice
