apple rose muffin

Ingredients apple rose muffin

2 cup self raising flour
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp cinnamon powder
RED OR GREEN APPLE OPTIONAL
3 apple
GARNISH OPTION
1 dash brown sugar
1 tsp honey

how to make apple rose muffin

Slice apple by circling the apple round and slowly

Mix all ingredients and set aside

Butter the ramekin then pour muffin batter onto ramekin then put the apple slice into the batter

Springkle with brown sugar then bake it at 175 C for 20 minute

Remove it on rack to cool serve top brown sugar and honey
